Wheel Alignment and Balancing Technician
We are looking for an experienced Wheel Alignment and Balancing Technician to perform alignment, balancing, and basic suspension inspections at Art Lastik service locations while prioritising driving safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Perform wheel alignment and balancing operations for passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles
- Adjust wheel angles in accordance with vehicle manufacturer specifications
- Carry out basic inspections of steering, suspension, and front-end components
- Identify vibration, pulling, and irregular tire wear caused by tires, wheels, or alignment issues
- Operate digital wheel alignment and balancing equipment safely and accurately
- Complete testing and inspection procedures before and after each service
- Report identified mechanical issues to the service supervisor and customer
- Record completed work accurately in service orders and operational records
- Maintain the condition and organisation of tools, equipment, and the working area
- Follow occupational health and safety requirements at all times
- Support general service operations during busy seasonal periods
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in wheel alignment, balancing, suspension, or automotive service operations
- Ability to operate digital wheel alignment and balancing equipment
- Basic technical knowledge of steering and suspension systems
- Ability to identify tire wear, vibration, and steering-related problems
- Careful and detail-oriented approach to measurement and adjustment procedures
- Strong teamwork skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented communication
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to occupational health and safety standards
- Available to work in Istanbul

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate of a vocational high school or vocational college programme related to automotive technology
- Experience with premium vehicles, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles
- Knowledge of tire removal, installation, and repair procedures
- Experience with run-flat and low-profile tires
- Experience in identifying suspension and front-end faults
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Relevant professional competency, technician, or master craftsman certificate
